Resolving Rainmeter Paths

I'm gonna do my best at trying to guess the right paths based on the info I have. Then I'll fall back to user settings if it can't be determined otherwise. Or rather the other way around: if I can't determine it automatically, the user will have to set the paths manually.

I trust my users that they can do this correctly (given suitable instructions) as the audience for this plugin is a group of persons that develop Rainmeter skins and know sort of what they are doing.
