Stealing focus from fullscreen applications

Hi I just installed Rainmeter and got a little setup with CPU/RAM/HDD with clock and weather.

The system stats bars are from the Lines 2.0 skin: http://rasylver.deviantart.com/art/Lines-2-0-154719861

Now when playing some games it the title bar will keep flashing like its about to be minimized. In some games focus is stolen completely. trying to maximize the game and it goes straight back to the taskbar until i close rainmeter. In the first example its flashing at the same rate the CPU bar updates. closing that bar it will flash everytime the clock changes or the ram useage changes.

Is there a way to prevent this or is rainmeter not for me?

ed: whoops just figured it out. it was the B.A.R. 3.0 skin. That is really unfortunate as its very nice looking. sorry for the post.
ed2: narrowed it down to the weather one. the clock seems to work fine.
