Problem with StringCase=Upper

Hello. Recently I have find some problem with StringCase=Upper in Meter=String... yes, it works, but only if text written In Latin letters. When the text written in Cyrillic letters - StringCase=Upper doesn't work. So... how can I solve this problem?

This will be fixed in the beta release later today :)
