Duplicate Skins Problem

The things circled in red are immobile, they cannot be moved. I cannot click them and hit manage skin either, it's like they aren't there but I can see them. They are also the settings i had 20days ago. The things in blue are my current settings, and they can be moved, but with the red things there they cannot overlap without looking like a train wreck. I have tried unloading all of the skins and reloading, I have tried deleting and then replacing all the Settings in the notepad, and yes, I have tried restarting my computer. Nothing is working, and I REALLY don't want to uninstall and re-install enigma, because it's just a pain. Is there any solution to this?

Try changing your wallpaper

If that didn't work help, try closing Rainmeter completely (right-click tray icon -> Quit). Did that help?
