I dont want my taskbar
I dont know how to change my taskbar ...and i dont know how to put skins on it ... im noob i know ....

Rainmeter can't change your taskbar. You can only display a meter instead of the normal rainmeter icon, that's all. See here on how to do this:

To change your taskbar you have to install some other software and download and install themes. There are plenty on deviantART.

BUT you CAN put skins on it. Just drag them over the taskbar. You may need to set them to 'Stay Topmost'.

You can hide the taskbar. Then put it on whatever side of the screen your mouse rarely visits.
