That's strange then as I'm getting nothing whatsoever on mouseover,yet the skin itself displays correctly.Wondering if there's something blocking the pop up.Wouldn't be because I'm running very latest portable version out of Dropbox would it?

Are you running the latest versions of both rainmeter and this skin?
Also do you have tooltips enabled in whatever version of windows you are using?
I don't know if this relates to the portable version you are using.

Yep,using Rainmeter-2.2-r1103-RC1.exe, VClouds2 & tool tips are enabled because they work elsewhere. Can only think it's because I'm using Portable.Anyway,no worries I'll try & grab the wind code from VClouds or from Mordasius's suggestion & go from there.
