I am trying to set up rainmeter with the enigma taskbar replacing the windows taskbar.
I can get the windows taskbar hidden but i want the show desktop feature. I have tried linking to the scf in the enigma launcher as well as creating a bat file with the location of the scf in it.
Does anyone have a exe file or a rainmeter command to help me ?

I can't test from work, but I think shell:Desktop might do what you need.
