Rainmeter really has nothing to do with wallpapers.

you should try DisplayFusion, that software dedicated for multi/dual-monitor management

as for Rainmeter, it work like desktop widget
but lots better than what you can get from windows sidebar/ google widget
because you can customize your own widget, and many other goodness

Certainly not a problem. We always encourage folks to help each other here. The only thing we don't want is "skin requests", as the forums are about learning Rainmeter, not just having someone do it for you.
