EQ Visualizer through soundcard

Post by jcarro13 »

I'm trying to get a moving EQ that will link to my soundcard rather than winamp, wmp, or itunes. In other words I want it to move no matter what program is playing the music, such as web players. Is there any way to do this?

Is there a way to utilize all available media player plugins together to get it working?
& Is there such a way to link info from the driver to do it maybe?

This is one of those things of such technical ambition that they go beyond Rainmeter's current scope, and require a plugin. Some plugins we take for granted today did not exist not so long ago, like InputText - before that there was simply no elegant way to type anything in Rainmeter. It just comes down to an enterprising individual having both the know-how and the motivation to write such a plugin.
