Dumb question

How do I "open" a plugin? I can't seem to find a way to open the plugins that came with rainmeter like the Power and Music plugin. Am I supposed to write a code or something? Maybe I'm blind..

You don't "open" a plugin as such, you "use" it in a measure and then display the results in a meter, just like pretty much all Rainmeter measures.
