Here's a skin that starts at the root skin folder: Rainmeter\Skins\ allowing you to browse the skins folder and launch any skin.
Skin Launcher_2024.09.10.rmskin
There are 3 versions: The Main Launcher-
SkinsLauncher.gif
A compact version-
SkinsLauncher-Compact.gif
And a mini version-
SkinsLauncher - Mini.gif
All work in a similar way:
L-click the 'Button' to go Up/Back a folder. It will stop at the Skins root folder as this is designed as a quick way to load/unload skins when testing.
M-click to refresh skin.
R-click 'Button' on Mini skin, or the Path at the top of the other two skins, to open that folder in Windows Explorer
L-click a file/folder to open and view within the skin.
M-click to Unload a skin.
R-click to Load that skin.
Scroll to view more items, if available.
Update:
When clicking an item, now it shows a visual reference by changing colour (only applies to main skin).
Use the X2 Mouse button to set ZPos of a skin to the front. Use the X1 Mouse button to return ZPos of a skin to Normal.
Thanks to:
Yincognito, again, for his help.
Eclectic-tech for the solution to activating/deactivating the skins.
Balala for pointing out my forgetfulness!

Added - Use the X2 Mouse button to set ZPos of a skin to the front. Use the X1 Mouse button to return ZPos of a skin to Normal.
