Practically no weather skin that old will work anymore. The best site with world-wide coverage, frequent updates, etc., is down to a choice of 1, weather.com. Any recent weather.com-based skin based on the Rainmeter weather.com JSON templates should work. Note the date on the file... There are other weather providers besides weather.com that you can use of course, but none can really compete feature for feature.
