TODO outlook bar on desktop

Good morning,
I noticed on my outlook at work that the TODO bar tended to "not open" when launching the application.

out of curiosity, do you know if there isn't a little skin that allows you to see the todo bar on the Windows desktop?

There are many skins that provide a TODO / calendar reminder list as a feature (searching is your best friend here), but none that I know of that has an interaction with Outlook and its elements (like the bar you mentioned).

That being said, if the said bar is a separate app / executable or if it can be used via a command line with specific parameters involving the Outlook executable, then you could do what you want by either running stuff on a bang itself, or using RunCommand measure to do the same.
