hovering over the icon starts the sound

I am only superficially familiar with rainmeter, so I would like to know. How can I register an option in the icon in which hovering the mouse over this icon reproduced the sound of this icon itself

What "sound of this icon itself" does mean? And what the icon is?
If the icon is a Rainmeter Image meter, you can add a following kind of option to that Image meter: MouseOverAction=[Play "#@#SoundFile.wav"]. The parameter (#@#SoundFile.wav) is the wav file which has to be played when you're hovering the mouse over the icon. Note that Rainmeter can play ONLY .wav files, it doesn't support any other kind of sound files (nor mp3 for instance, but not others either).
