Skins not showing

I'm having some problems with skins not appearing
First, after downloading skins, the skins do not show, even after restarting rain meter. The skins don't even show up in the list of skins, and the layout doesn't show either.

First, after downloading skins, the skins do not show, even after restarting rain meter. The skins don't even show up in the list of skins, and the layout doesn't show either.

Did you install the skins you've downloaded? Because if you did, their is not too much possibilities not to see the skin in the list of skins. So make sure you did install them. When you download a skin, you get a .rmskin file, which is the installer package of the skin, containing everything needed to load and properly use the skin, like the skin itself, the needed plugins (if there is any), the layouts which eventually might be loaded and so on. After downloading you have to run this .rmskin file, it installs the needed things. If Rainmeter is properly installed, the .rmskin files are associated with its skin installer and when you run them, this tool knows how to install the skin.
So, long story short, did you install the downloaded skins?
