Skin behaving differently on different computers connected to the same network

I make skins for my coworkers with links to commonly-used folders, and one is a link to a folder located on a shared network drive. The link works on two computers, but not the third. Very weird. I've checked the skin numerous times and the link is identical! Not really sure what's going on.

All the computers are near-identical - they were bought at the same time and have the same software and hardware. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both the skin and Rainmeter itself. Running as administrator makes no difference. The third computer is able to access the folder through other means perfectly fine, so I don't think it's an actual access problem, but the link in the skin will not do anything when clicked.
