Yep, there is an actual text log; it is kind of hard to find. From the Rainmeter tray icon, select Manage. On the Settings tab, click the "Show log file" button. This will display the file in Notepad or your preferred editor. Scroll to the bottom and from there go up until you see the first error message.

Thank you. I followed your directions and saw there was a "delete log" button. I deleted the log and then immediately shut down Rainmeter. I opened it back up and then opened the log. I'm not sure there's anything useful here but this is all of what it contained:

In your place I would check several more things:
  1. Try another weather skin. Try this one that I know 100% works right after you install it. No configuration needed. https://forum.rainmeter.net/viewtopic.php?t=34628
  2. Check if firewall is blocking Rainmeter. Make sure Rainmeter is allowed to use internet. On Windows 10: Settings > Windows Security > Firewall & network protection > Allow an app through firewall > you might need to click "Change setting" button first. If you see Rainmeter in the list but is not allowed to use internet put check marks in the box before Rainmeter and on both Public and Private connections. If you don't see Rainmeter listed in the Firewall list, add it manually by clicking "Allow another program".
  3. If you have anti-virus, try to whitelist Rainmeter in there or disable anti-virus temporarily. Restart Rainmeter after you do so.
  4. Do you have proxy server setting configured in Windows Internet Explorer? Check it out, maybe you incorrectly configured your proxy server settings there.
  5. Check if your router is blocking Rainmeter.
Let us know when you check those out.

The Invalid TimeStampFormat error message is caused by the fact that the WebParser measure don't return proper values (in fact probably not returning anything). Since some of the values should be used by the TimeStamp options of some Time measures, but the WebParser measures don't return a value, the set TimeStampFormat option doesn't match what the WebParser measures are returning (or in fact are NOT returning). This leads to the error. It's a more or less common message in such cases.
Why are the measures not working, I don't know, but this is what is causing the error messages.

Thanks for your reply. Prior to seeing this message, I copied the entire ..\Rainmeter\Skins\ModernGadgets\WeatherMeter directory from my working computer to the non-working one. This resolved the issue and suggests that something was not right in one or more config files. So probably, the API key needed to be updated in more than just ..\AstroMeasures.inc and ..\WeatherComJSONMeasures.inc.

I appreciate your and everyone else's time looking into this.

If you've updated the API key in the WeatherComJSONMeasures.inc and AstroMeasures.inc files, and you're still not getting updates on the Weather Meter in Rainmeter, here are some additional troubleshooting steps you can take:
You should make sure you have a valid and active API key for the weather service you're using. Ensure there are no typos or extra spaces in the API key.
You should check the company information API Service Status (https://www.globaldatabase.com/api) and verify that the weather service API you're using is operational. Visit the API provider's website or check their status page if available.
