As long as it's not done every few milliseconds, it shouldn't be a problem. I could have yet another way of making dynamic "context menus" (which would be a dynamically populated skin, actually) via adapting my custom tooltip system, but in my view, as long as things can be adjusted via nested variable syntax like SilverAzide mentioned, all the other methods involve more work.
