Not really, but you can try any or all of the versions available here:

https://builds.rainmeter.net/

But I suspect that none of them are going to work.

Did you try running MalwareBytes AntiMalware and / or your AntiVirus of choice to be sure you don't have some bad actor lurking?

i run malwarebytes its detected so i delete dome adware and nothing same crash

Well, I'm stumped. I have to say that there are hundreds of thousands of people running Rainmeter without any issue, so I guess my own personal next step, one that I am always hesitant to suggest to others, would be to do a completely clean install of Windows. Something is wrong with your system for sure, but I just can't guess what it might be.

i think its right answer same i have with OBS and weird moment is a long time ago rainmeter WORKS
i think i broke it(sfc /scannow i tested same crash)
