What you need to do is to add RefreshConfig parameter in the command.

In fact there is nothing to add to Active Colors's list. Just note that even if I didn't try them out all, I suppose for all you'll need some plugins. Recommend you to try them one by one, to find the one which meets exactly your needs. I don't know other ones to add to the list.
