The rmskin file cannot be installed on Rainmeter 4.5

As the title says, the rmskin file cannot be installed on Rainmeter 4.5. When I opened the files, when I started reading, I had to forcibly terminate the reading. Some files cannot be installed in the archive version 4.3.1, so what should I do?

I downloaded and installed both of those without any issue. The "Big Sur" one is in a .zip file that you need to extract so you can run the .rmskin, but in any case both installed fine for me.
