'Refresh All' Icon
As I have my pc configured to not have internet enabled at power up I must navigate, either thru a desktop skin or the notification area Rainmeter icon, to activate all skins with the 'Refresh All' function. Could it be possible to simplify this process with desktop icon clik? If so, I know how to create the icon, so I think all I need would be the command?-thx
