Thermometer Skin?

Looking for/skin request for a thermometer or text-only temperature skin. Actually, all I require is simply the text display of both C & F units together thus :

31 C / 87 F (I 'guess' this would be a simple task for a guru-skinner)

A more sophisticated option would appear thus :
