[BUG]Update NowPlaying section in Rainmeter Documentation

The link provided for foo_cad is poiru.github.com/foo_cad which is expired long ago. The correct link would be poiru.github.io/foo_cad.

But even so the website doesn't provide a foobar2000 installable component but an dll file. So I found another fork of the same project by RangerCD which works.

The latest MediaMonkey is not supported by now playing(tested it). Please look into fixing it or updating the docs.

While you're at it, you can suggest the devs to also add WebNowPlaying there since it's used by 20K+ users and it's also another thing that you can get only externally (like CAD)

Done... I don't personally use NowPlaying at all, so I don't closely follow the slow but inevitable degradation of the functionality as media players change over time. Feel free to ping me here any time there needs to be a change to the documentation.

I kind of agree with Jeff here. WebNowPlaying doesn't only give access to web players but fully supports Spotify too(with help of spicetify-cli) which by far is the most used player of all. So it should be added in the plugins section of docs. But then again it's your call.
