No such issues and never had.

You are on a main release version of Windows, this issue is happening on the latest insider (open beta test) version of Windows

You might have right probably, but I can't (and to be honest don't even want) to switch to any other Windows version. Just wanted you (and others as well) to know that there are not problems on this version.
