today i'd want to upgrade rainmeter by 3401 to 3410 but i can't install.

When asking me path to install, "next" is not available.

Why and how resolve?

So you are installing it in "portable" mode? Can you capture and attach screen shots of what you are getting?

Portable or not i have the same problem... "next" is not available.

You quite sure that your Program Files folder is defined on your C: drive, and that you have access to it?

Yes, i've installed every program without problem... unless was the last win10 upgrade.

i tried to install to other disk but same issue

I'm really stumped on what could be going on here. My recommendation is that you run the Disk Cleanup app that comes with Windows, and then reboot your PC to see if there is something "stuck" from a previous attempt to install.

Just curious... try the following at a command prompt:

net user <your user name>

This command should dump out a bunch of stuff about your user account. What does the "Local Group Memberships" say?

Are you in the Administrators group?
