Just right click the skin and select "Edit skin".
Then in your text editor, change:
StartDateTime=April 25, 1996
To whatever you want, save the file and refresh the skin.

I changed it (saved the notepad and refreshed the skin)but nothing changed in the Skin

Which code are you talking about? jsmorley's last code? Because it does work. when you change the date and refresh the skin (although you said you did this, however make sure you really did), the calculated number of days is changing. And I assure you it is correct.

Unfortunately I can't there, because I'm not using iTunes and much less iTunes Plugin. So I can't get your code to work.
But there will probably be someone who'll help you.
