Try this skin Windows 10 Weather Enterprise or mini variants MINIWeatherHD, ASTRO Weather and it will work.
Follow the instructions for entering the location at the end of the description.
In the next days I will change in the settings menu, the source for the location code, from wxdata to https: //weather.codes
At the moment I am a little sick and I do not have the availability to make this change.

Hehe, seems like someone already parsed the weather.com site instead of wxdata's XML feed, I'm not the first who thought about it :D Just a quick question, if you don't mind: am I right that you didn't make any unit conversion yourself in the skin? If so, how did weather.com provide you with already converted values (e.g. in Fahrenheit or Celsius, etc.) for the fields you're populating? Maybe the page source parsed by WebParser is slightly different than the one showing in the browser?
Apparently one can get reliable weather data to be parsed from wunderground.com (WeatherUnderground) too, just that it uses different codes. And, of course, the source is not the light XML feed wxdata accustomed us with.

As far as I know unfortunately all (or at least most of) those conversions must be done manually.

TWC website, displays the data by default in Fahrenheit. A script is used to convert into Celsius.
But .. the website also has versions in other languages that display the data by default in Celsius (including English).
So, there are data sources for both Fahrenheit and Celsius

Is there a parameter on the URL to get the different unit types?

Not.
For Fahrenheit Url is: https://weather.com (data is default in Fahrenheit)
For Celsius URL is: https: //weather.com/en-GB or https://weather.com/fr-FR or https://weather.com/de-DE/ (data is default in Celsius)

Ah ok. So probably the best URL for Fahrenheit might be https://weather.com/en-US/weather/today/l/#LocationCode#, just to ensure it doesn't pick something up from your IP / VPN address and make assumptions.
