Two questions:
  • The Celsius / Fahrenheit setting is available only when English is set as language? Because this is what seems in the Choose the Language section of the Settings tool. If this is right, that's not ok, in my opinion. The temperature scale should be available no matter of the chosen language.
  • Can be the skin translated? If yes, how?

Fanrenheit is only available in English.
The other languages are in Celsius.
Translation into other languages is possible only for the languages available on weather.com (not the same as the feed version, it is a bit more complicated)
Ex: for the Hungarian language

In the Variables file, replace the 3 links with:

Link = https: //weather.com/hu-HU/idojaras/ma/l/
Link2 = https: //weather.com/hu-HU/idojaras/ma/l/
Link3 = https: //weather.com/hu-HU/idojaras/10nap/l/

Translation is only for the weather.

For the translation of the moon phases, a Hungarian.inc file with the translation must be added to the MoonPhasesLang folder, and in the Variables file: LanginUse = Hungarian

Not too convenient. I'd add the temperature scale setting independently, to can set it no matter of language.
My opinion...

To convert celsius to fahrenheit or vice versa weather.com use a script.
There are not two source codes for the same location (one for F and one for C from which to extract data).

Ok, got it. Thought you're using that one and didn't check. Sorry...
However it seems the feed version has some advantages in this case.

Yes, in the feed version there are a few additional languages available and the temperatures can be converted from C to F and vice versa into any language. Anyway, fahrenheit is only used in U.S and a few islands
