Rainmeter Error

Hi guys. I'm new to rainmeter , i installed rainmeter 4.3 and everything it's ok till i install skin and it' says can't create file. help me pls , also my english very bad :v

Do you can install other skins? I suppose you can't and if this is correct probably Rainmeter can't write to the C: partition. Something is blocking it. Please try to create manually a new config and skin (here is how to do it). Have you succeeded?
