Honeycomb Icons Aren't Working

I recently installed honeycomb and non of the icons work. here is one that doesn't work

From what I have saw, everything is right.

Try this

LeftMouseUpAction="C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe"

Or where you have the exe located

I tried this and still nothing. I have absolutely no idea what could be the problem.

make sure that is the correct address to the location of the EXE, it worked fine for me

I tried a new one (Ultralight) and chrome works. but I can't customize other icon paths. for example Steam LeftMouseUpAction=["C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\Steam.exe"]
