RainTools [Update 1.1 - 03/20-19]

Post by StArL0rd84 »

Initial thoughts
Over the years i always found myself doing repetitive tasks during development of skins.
And i am making a rather recourse hungry "suite".
So i set out to REALLY understand update cycles, made a calculator,
but there was a few more thing i could do to this calculator skin to make life a little easier.
So i merged a collection of 5 useful tools.

Right click on the menu bar to hide the tools.

Functionality
  • Calculate the relation between Update and UpdateDivider.
  • Refresh the skin that's being worked on.
  • Create a new skin from a template file.
  • Backup the skin to a safe location.
  • Library of meters, measures and formulas. Left click to copy to clipboard, and paste in editor. And right click to open the documentation.

Changelog 1.1 - 03/20-19
  • Added Plugins section to library.
  • Cleaned code and added modularity to library.
  • Removed animation for the calculator and fixed skins update interval to 1000.

You might want to check somewhat related projects, like this. Although they have slightly different goals, who knows what might result from a "merge" of these ideas...
