Rainmeter won't start for 2nd User (Windows 10)

Hello

I searched the forums for this, but couldn't find anything... I have 2 users on my PC, 1 admin and 2 standard user. Rainmeter will not start for the 2nd user automatically, despite being enabled in the startup, the user must run the program manually.

Has anyone come across this and is there any way to fix this?
