[Feature] StringCase for InputText Plugin

I noticed something odd about Weather.com URLs. When trying to visit...

http://www.weather.com/weather/today/l/caxx0557

It gives an error:

"Oh no!
The page you are looking for
does not exist. Go back, friend, go back!"

But when visiting...

http://www.weather.com/weather/today/l/CAXX0557

Everything is fine and dandy. The only difference between these two URLs is that CAXX0557 is capitalized. I would love a way to force all input into an InputText field to be capitalized as if capslock were on.
