Welcome.
There's a difference, substantial, between "use" Rainmeter and "play" with it...
The best suggestion I can give you is to "get your hands dirty" dissecting and modifying some skins.
Then you'll start to learn, maybe you may make some mistakes, but you'll learn much, even if you don't believe you can.
Oh, be careful... once you start, you'll be addicted!
