I am new to rainmeter and just now installed on my desktop. I need basic tips to start with new theme or if someone can help me in finding this look.

100% of the Rainmeter skins you see in your link are part of the Enigma Suite by Kaelri, with a Batman wallpaper used by the poster (poser?).
Download and install it, then if you have any questions, there is a dedicated section of the forum just for that package to get help.
