Winamp circles not fully working

Please forgive my ignorance, I am new to this.
I downloaded winamp circles from http://gerguter.deviantart.com/art/Winamp-Circles-124562020
I loaded the skin and started some music and the skin controls the music just fine. However, thats all that works, the ticker isn't showing neither is the song title or the circles!
any help with this will be much appreciated.
