Rainmeter Enigma taskbar

Ok so i got rainmeter and im using enigma on it. I run windows vista, on the bar that goes over the taskbark where it gives you quick access to like firefox/itunes/picasa/notepad, is there any way to add more programs to the list? For instance like i want to add the program oovoo and HP webcam to the quick access, would there be a way to do that?
