rainmeter not displays feed and mails help

after installing i am only able to change skins
nothing is in display neither feeds are coming nor gmail
only heading is their no material in it
please tell me what should i do to run it ok

You might try checking your Internet Explorer network settings to be sure it is not set to use a "proxy". WebParser uses a subset of IE to access the web, and if you use Firefox or Chrome or something and IE is not set up correctly (since you never use it) this can impact how Rainmeter accesses the internet.
