Time and Date/Year and Weather Displayed in a Sentence????

I cant figure out how to go about having the time date/year and weather in a sentence such as the file attached




I'm kinda new to Rainmeter

Edit his .ini files, and see how he is doing it. It's mostly a matter of using Substitutions on Time measures, not too complicated.
