How to have both taskbars loaded at once?

Hey guys, new to all this Rainmeter stuff ... I was wondering how to get both the taskbars loaded at once, or 2 of the same? I've seen this in screenshots before and was wondering how to recreate it.

Rainmeter will only load one .ini (skin) file per folder. So to have two taskbars, you will need to exit Rainmeter, copy and paste the folder with the sidebar, giving the folder a new name. The start Rainmeter again and you should be able to load two.

I actually tried doing that, it'll only load 1 Taskbar no matter which one, normal or taskbar_with_panel ... is there any extra steps I need to take when I'm copying/pasting/editing these files and folders?
