Need some basic help :]

So I'm new to rainmeter, but it's not my first time using it. I'm just wondering what skins are in this shot, or how I can go about getting the basics of this desktop. I'm just looking for that horizontal grey bar with the large time, date, weather etc..
Any help would be much appreciated :]
