Problem with Notes plugin

Hi!

I have small problem - Notes plugin does not display the Russian language.
Anyone know how to display the Russian language in Notes?
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Сохраните Notes.txt с использованием UTF-8 кодировки. Должно помочь :D

On English
Save Notes.txt using UTF-8 encoding method. Should works :D
