Certain configurations won't stay there! Help?

Hey folks,

Attached is my current setup with a combination of several rainy skins.

What I am having trouble with is the start menu config and the shutdown/restart/sleep config won't stay when I load them with rainmeter. They disappear after I unload rainmeter - they don't stay with the current setup like the other configs do. When I turn on the computer and rainmeter opens neither of these two are in the skin setup, I have to go to rainbrowser and load them agian. How can I get them to stay like the rest of the configs?

A lot of the time rainbrowser won't load either of these configs, I click load and nothing happens but I click unload a few times and they eventually pop up but of course are gone as soon as rainmeter shuts off and I have to reload the two again.

Using taskbarhide.exe to hide my windows taskbar - in case that may have a known issue
