Rainmeter problem with Window Vista

I'm using Window Vista, and I cannot use the Rainmeter.

I don't know why. I tried to do as all methods I can do as possible, but I still couldn't use it.

I'm not sure whether the Rainmeter is the problem or Window is the problem.

I thought Rainmeter is required to start as a compatibility mode, so I checked it in the property of it.

However, it was still useless... Also, whenever I start the Window, Rainmeter is limted by Window.

If I dischecked a compatibility mode, I cannot start the program, even I dischecked UAC.

I don't know what I need to do.. There are no solutions to execute the program...

Is there anybody who knows the exact solution for it? Please help me...

What do you mean by "you can't start Rainmeter"? What happens when you launch Rainmeter.exe? Does the tray icon appear?
