Text disintegrates in Rainmeter 1.0
I'm having an odd problem with Rainmeter 1.0 running under XP SP 3. Whenever the text in a time app automatically updates, the updated digits are not fully realized - they appear partly disintegrated - and can only be made readable by manually refreshing the display. Other Rainmeter components including a CPU meter which automatically updates frequently don't behave this way. Any ideas about the cause and how to fix this?

Right click on the skin and select "Edit Skin". If there is a line Background= under the [Rainmeter] section, comment it out using a ; and then save and refresh the skin.
See if that fixes it.

Also, consider upgrading to version 1.2. There are quite a lot of new features.
