Task bar open windows

Is there anyway to have open and minimized windows show up on a custom taskbar if you do away with the windows default taskbar altogether?? right now i am just using stardock and have it setup to display open windows

I'm not sure if this has anything to do with Rainmeter, but if you're asking if it's possible to replace the taskbar with Rainmeter, the answer is no. You could make a launcher with Rainmeter, or make a background to put your dock on, then use the dock as the taskbar replacement.

This is not possible to do with Rainmeter.
