I can't get some skins to reload!

The problem is that when i restart rainmeter, by shutting down or manually in the skin manager, certain skins wont reload. This means every time i get back on rainmeter, i have to reload everything and put everything back where it was =(

When i go to skin manager, it says there there, but their not. And the only way to unload them is to manually reload the skins, then close them. The RELOAD button wont work except for the other ones.

If anyone knows whats wrong with some of the skins, please help! Ill try to help out as much as i can!
