Try changing "mseconds" in [TimeCode] to "mSeconds". In calcs, capitalization matters.

Doing that and adding brackets and/or DynamicVariables=1 fixed it. Thanks!
Now the problem is that I just realized is that the way it was written, it subtracts 12 if it's over 12. Thing is - 1 and 13 (1am and 1pm) are the same on an analog clock...
So as of now, it's a complicated regular clock.
I'll tinker with it some other time, I sadly started a new project. (Conway's Game of Life.)
I swear I have ADD sometimes...
