Shaded under line meter?

I've seen some skins that had line meters but they were shaded under them. How do I achieve this effect? I've tried laying a histogram under a line graph to no avail.

You use two Lines the first will be the shadow set the color to 0,0,0,170 or so, and the second to the color you want then use

X=-1r
Y=-1r

on the second line meter. That moves it 1 pixel up and 1 pixel left of the preceding meter in the ini, in this case your "shadow" line meter.
